MSI Computex 2025 line-up revealed – new QD-OLED gaming monitors, Enterprise SSDs, Intelligent peripherals and more

The annual Computex trade show in Taiwan is where every major brand showcases their best gear and MSI has come in guns blazing with a full line-up of tech ranging from handheld gaming gear all the way to desktops, storage solutions and AI powered laptops aplenty. Taking pride of place at booth M0504 at Hall 1 at the Nangang Exhibition Centre, the MSI Computex 2025 showcase consist of the following offerings:

MSI Prestige 14 AI Ukiyo-e Edition

The MSI Prestige 13 AI Ukiyo-e Edition laptop was designed in collaboration with renowned Japanese lacquerware company Okadaya to create the classic Japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock print ‘The Great Wave off Kanagawa’ with its distinctive outlines and bold aesthetics onto the top lid using traditional Yamanaka lacquer artistry to create a bold melding of power and aesthetics. In fact, it’s so stunning that it got the Computex Best Choice Award.

MSI Stealth A16 AI Mercedes-AMG Motorsport and Prestige 16 AI Mercedes-AMG Motorsport

Building on the immense popularity of last year’s collaboration with Mercedes-AMG Motorsport, the new collaborative line-up involves a unique variation of the Prestige 16 AI and the Stealth A16 AI that blend feature AMG patterns, the distinctive co-branded MSI and Mercedes-AMG Motorsport logo as well as a slew of cool kit to go with it that include a mouse, mousepad and laptop sleeve.

Classy merch aside, the Stealth A16 AI Mercedes-AMG Motorsport features an AMD processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 GPU and an upgraded display panel though the official literature does not state what exact type it is. On the other hand, the Prestige 16 AI Mercedes-AMG Motorsport edition will have an Intel CPU and a 4K OLED panel.

MSI Titan 18 HX Nordic Mythology Dragon Edition

‘Go big’ is what the MSI Titan 18 HX Nordic Mythology Dragon Edition is all about as this behemoth is not only a head-turner but also the winner of the Computex Best Choice Golden Award in the Gaming and Entertainment Category. Inspired by Norse mythology, the design leverages the talents of expert craftsmen to integrate a distinctive three dimensional dragon motif that utilises advanced metal etching techniques on the top lid and ring on the palm rest area, making each individual unit different and unique.

Aesthetics aside, the laptop packs the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 laptop GPU to offer massive levels of gaming and AI horsepower. Naturally, it also comes with a ton of merch too including a 3D dragon keychain, a similarly themed mouse, mouse pad and a matching box too.

MSI Claw 8 AI Polar Tempest Edition

The MSI Computex 2025 showcase saw them revealing a more refined version of their popular Claw gaming handheld. The MSI Claw 8 AI Plar Tempest Edition upguns the hardware to an Intel Lunar Lake processor and also expands storage to 2TB NVMe SSD while coming in a swanky Polar Tempest finish. It has also snagged the 2025 Computex Best Choice Award too.

MSI MEG Vision X AI Gaming Desktop

Imposingly large and packing impressive hardware, the MSI MEG Vision X AI gaming desktop has a 13-inch AI HMI touchscreen with a slew of MSI-exclusive apps for precise control.

It can be equipped with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, DDR5 RAM and Gen 5 SSDs along with Silent Storm Cooling AI and Glacier Armour to keep the whole deal cool even when under heavy workloads. In fact, it even managed to win the Computex 2025 Best Choice Award.

MSI Cubi NUC AI Series

For those seeking an ultra compact computing platform, the Cubi NUC AI 1UMG and the Cubi NUC AI+ 2MG mini PCs are an ideal solution.

Featuring Intel Core Ultra CPUs with Intel AI Boost NPU as well as Copilot+ support, the full-featured compact Cubi NUC AI+ also includes fingerprint recognition, speakers, a microphone, Thunderbolt 4 as well as MSI Power Link. Both Cubi NUC mini PCs also have a built-in Power Meter that can estimate power consumption and carbon emissions.

MSI PRO DP80 Desktop

Lauded with a 2025 Red Dot Design Award, the MSI PRO DP80 business desktop blends both form and function in one sleek chassis. Intended for corporate deployments en masse, the chassis offers a roomy 8L of internal space with a 14th Gen Intel Core Ultra processor, optional NVIDIA graphics, dual LAN ports and dTPM security along with both intrusion and anti-theft protection.

Powered by MSI AI PC

This hefty behemoth comes with an MSI MEG X870E GODLIKE motherboard, a Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, a MEG AI1600T PCIE5 power supply and a whopping 256GB of RAM to create one of, if not the strongest consumer-grade AI PC in MSI’s arsenal. No word yet on price though…

A winner of a prestigious 2025 Red Dot Design award, the MPG X870I EDGE TI WIFI sports a distinctive looking silver-white design with a premium thermal solution, the latest PCIe Gen 5 slot and comprehensive connectivity that includes fast WiFI 7 and 5G LAN.

The motherboard also has a 5-in-1 Xpander card, has three M.2 slots and has exceptional expandability even in such a small form factor. The MSI MPG B860i EDGE TI WIFI also has a similar aesthetics, has an 8-phase power design, a fast Lightning Gen 5 PCIe slot and two M.2 slots.

The MSI MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50 monitor is the world’s first 27-inch QD-OLED gaming monitor with real-time human detection. The monitor features Samsung’s latest 3rd-generation QD-OLED panel, has a 500Hz refresh rate, features VESA ClearMR 21000 and DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and best of all, MSI’s unique AI Care Sensor.

The monitor features an always-on CMOS sensor that captures images every 0.2 seconds and which can initiate a power-down or activate OLED Care to turn it off and save on panel wear and tear.

MSI VORTIQ Enterprise SSDs

Intended for AI and data centre workloads, the MSI VORTIQ line-up at the MSI Computex 2025 booth offers up to 61TB capacity and read speeds ranging from 14,000 to 14,800 MB/s with support for up to 1DWPD as well as your choice of U.2, E3.S, E1.S and SATA 2.5” models.

MSI SPATIUM M571 PCIe 5.0 SSD

The MSI SPATIUM M571 PCIe 5.0 SSD showcased at the MSI Computex 2025 showcase is built on TSMC’s 6nm node and offers up to 20% less power consumption than its predecessor.

Also on display is the DATAMAG 40Gbps/20Gbps magnetic portable SSD along with the launch of the DATAMAG app on the Apple store for easy storage of large files and documents.

MSI Roamli BE Pro WiFi 7 Mesh System

Also on display at the MSI Computex 2025 showcase is the Roamii BE Pro Mesh system that offers up to 11Gbps WiFi speeds, features 320MHz channels and 4K-QAM modulation. The MSI Router 2.0 app makes getting it up and running a cinch and now has a Find WiFI spot to optimise placement of Roamli nodes for optimised coverage.

MSI VERSA 500 WIRELESS 8K mouse and PRO series gaming peripherals

MSI is expanding their portfolio of gaming peripherals with the right-handed VERSA 500 WIRELESS 8K gaming mouse as well as the symmetrical VERSA 300 WIRELESS 8K that also works equally well for southpaws. Both mice offer up to an 8,000Hz polling rate.

Where the VERSA 5– WIRELESS 8K differs is that it has a magnetic scroll wheel that leverages the Hall-effect for exceptional precision. MSI also unveiled their PRO range of wireless gaming gear including a VERSA PRO WIRELESS gaming mouse as well as a STRIKE PRO wireless keyboard.

As many of these products are spanking new, MSI hasn’t officially mentioned when and how much they cost just yet or if they will enter Malaysia in the near future but we’ll keep you posted.
